This is who I judge.

Yeah, I know - none of us should judge. We don't know thier stories, blah, blah, blah. Well, I do judge. Here are my top three - (not including the obvious murdering, raping, molesting, abusing parents)
1. Parents who have nasty filthy homes.
2. Parents who do drugs (not mj) in the home (often the same people with the disgusting homes).
3. Parents who let their children run wild in restaurants.
Anyone else have a top three?
Sorry you feel that way.....I work with alcoholics everyday and it is definitely a disease. Obviously you dont know much about alcoholism but then again this is CM where people like to put their uneducated 2 cents in on subjects they know nothing about :) Addiction has many more factors and triggers than just making bad choices....besides who would "choose" to drink everyday andhave to deal with LIFE THREATNING withdrawals when they dont have a drink.....Maybe a "poor decision" triggered their drinking but who are you to judge.
Quoting Mamie_85:
Cancer is a disease. Addiction is a result of poor decisions, and calling it a disease makes it easier for addicts to not take responsibility of their actions. Making it less likely that they'll recover.
Quoting lendales_mommi::( addiction is a disease.....how can you not have sympathy????
Quoting Mamie_85:
Addicts. I will judge and have no sympathy.
