1 mom liked this

I would stick to water and milk, with a treat of 2/3 water - 1/3 juice mix.

is it good for me to drink it? Have been drinking 10 sodas a day, and decided to quit. I HATE water, so I thought this would be better...am I wrong?

I think it's sweetened with stevia? I don't know if toddlers can have that or not

I personally wouldn't give it to my toddler.  My kids only had water and milk when they were that age.  My one teen still only drinks water or milk.
