"Should" is a dirty word. For every man mooching is a woman that lets him mooch. People are going to do what works best for them.
Unless a famly has an agreement that there be a stay at home dad in the equation, I agree with you.

Um no.. I dont consider my SO to have been a "mooch" when he was a SAHD. It was what worked for us. We couldnt afford daycare and I made more money at my job within less hours than he wouldve at his.
