The man who murdered my nephew was sentenced last week to 15-40 years, 3rd degree murder. He shot him 8 times at close range over a bottle of vodka. Believe me when I say that no one in our family feels that he got as much time as he should have.
wow, I'm sorry for your loss:( He absolutely should have gotten more time than that!
