I'm overweight but not by much. I lost 120 pounds in a year and I'm maintaining my weight and I'm 10 weeks pregnant

No where near. How would i know if I'm unhealthy and skinny? What if I never had any health issues? Would that automatically make me healthy?

I'm slim. I don't know if I'm healthy or not. If you mean going to the doctor and having tests done, no I haven't done that and haven't had any health issues as far as I know.

5 ft 5 inches. 135 lbs. Medium frame. What do you think? OK, or need to lose weight?

I'm just barely within my normal weight range, closer to the underweight end. Not sure what ya call that.
