Is it ever OK to wear dark wash jeans to an interview? What about a fast food interview? Opinions?
Jeans in my opinion are never good to wear to any interview. Nice shirt and slacks(pants whatever you want to call them) and nice shoes(not tennis shoes) are appropriate.
Quoting MrsDavidB25:Didn't we do this already today??
Yes it is a spinoff of the other one!
Fast food is still a job. Dress like you would dress to any other professional interview. Jeans are never okay for interviews. Just because you're not applying to be CEO doesn't mean you need to relax so much that you look like a customer instead of a prospective employee, that's a no-no
NOPE - never jeans -- at least in my oppinion
I would wear black or tan dickies (since that is standard dress) and a nice polo or button down top
I'd avoid jeans. IMO that's unprofessional. Some places may overlook it, but I wouldn't risk it especially if you need the job. I'd wear a nice shirt and some slacks or a skirt.
They don't even let you wear jeans at a fast food restaurant, right? Even if they let you wear black jeans, though, I'd go with black slacks. Working a fast food job should still be treated with some professionalism.
