Oh crap!!! Dangit!!!

Dropped my iPhone in water. It had an otterbox case on it. I immediately took it off and grabbed a towel to dry my phone off.
It didnt cut off of or anything. It isn't getting hot either but I am scared it is going to fry.
We don't have the money to replace this phone dangit.
Anyone drop their phone in water and not have any problems with it??

I washed mine by mistake a few months ago. It was in the wash machine for several minutes before I realized it. I have a Samsung galaxy s 3

my dh took it apart, took out that battery and out them in a pplastic bag with rice. I let it dry out for 48 hours before trying to us it.

Lucky it still works, it's as if it never happen lol it's been 4 months since then. Hope your still works: )

Rice. Don't turn it on. Just put it in plan white rice for a day or two.
