Why do people feel the need to correct someones grammar or spelling when the person is asking for advice or making a comment. Why do they think everyone needs and english lesson?

I just love when people misspell intelligence!

Quoting EvilQueenMommy:

I usually only comment on spelling or grammar when the person in question is criticising someone else's language skills or intelligence.
