I've heard people getting it and the website still saying being processing. That site is not reliable

We did ours on the 1st and had them in our account on the 8th. I had credits that were supposedly not going through. But, they did.

I got mine at 11:30 central time. I went through turbotax and got one of the prepaid cards signed up for the text alerts and received the message around that time.

That's what I had heard too.  It's just never happened to me before.
