What do you think of people with 10+ kids?

I think everyone has their own way of doing things. How can you give your attention to 10+kids?
I have seen that 19 kids and counting show. It always looks like the older kids are helping out the younger kids. I understand that is a lot of kids and surely the mom would need some help.
Is that fair to the older kids though? Is it fair to the younger kids to depend on older siblings much of the time?
I am not bashing anyone. I am really trying to understand. If you have a lot of kids, please enlighten me
I cant even begin to think about having that many kids. I would lose my mind. two is enough for me.I dont think it matters. Except when it starts threatening the mothers health. Then i say its time to stop. What ever floats their boat. As long as those kids are happy and healthy and well taken care of then thats all that matters
I had 2 cesareans. My 1st was with my 6yo triplets and my 2nd was with my 2yo twins. These babies will also be born by a cesarean. The others were born naturally and my 3 single births were home deliveries.

Amazing. Naturally?

I think that we have a lot in common. We have 12 children with triplets (my 2nd set) due in June. This is my 9th pregnancy . I have 3 sets of twins (18, 12 and 2), 1 set of triplets (6) and 3 singletons (15, 9 and 4) & had 1 miscarriage (twins) in between my 18yo's and my 15yo. I live in Greece and it's not uncommon for families to have large families here.
