My lease is up June 30th, I got my lease renewal already and they want it back by March 1st, that's like 4mos... I thought the law was 30 or 60 days notice, not like 120! I want to move (I've been here 4yrs) but I can't find a place then not be able to move for 4mos, or what if I don't find something then can't move but they already rented my place?! Its like they trap me! Is there a law?

Get off CM, and contact a real estate attorney in your area

Густа ми магла паднала, на тој ми рамно Косово! Ништа се живо не види, до једно дрво високо. Под њег` ми седив терзије, они ми шијев јелече.Колко су дзвезде на небо,Толко су шарке на њега.

I have to wait til monday when my mom Goes back to work, she has one at her work. I was thinking someone here may know, but hey thanks for the attitude. Greatly appreciated.

The laws will differ by state, so unless you name your state it is hard to help you.

Hmmm, not sure on specific laws. Anywhere I've rented to usually sent the lease 45 days before the lease was up. Here's a bump for you!

What attitude? I don't trust anyone on here enough to ask for legal advice.

I had to read that like 3 times to understand what you want.

I suggest you read your PA laws.
