How would I go about finding info on a murder or crime?

Ok so this is going to sound crazy, but if anyone has any idea on where I can find this info I'd appreciate it.

Ok so at the beginning of my neighborhood there is this old run down house that anytime I look at it I instantly feel like I'm going to puke, and I want to cry. I just know something bad happened there, but I don't know what. I'm just hoping I can maybe find something that will help me figure out what. I don't really have any info other than city name and address of the house.

Thanks in advance!

Library on old newspapers in your area,Internet,Your local news station or Police records,Of Course those aren't easy to receive.

Best of luck,I have the same feeling about a old old house that is now a dr.office and i still have YET to find anything on it.

I tried but nothing came up besides recent crimes.

It may or may not be helpful .... you can go to the Registrar of Deeds to find a list of everyone who ever owned that house (it's public record) & research those families.

Would that be at the library?
