Does it bother you if a parent takes your kids' toys?

I was at a park today and my sons bike was on the side of the sandpit. My son and I were making sand castles. There was another parent that came later with his son that was probably you her than mine. The boy saw ur bike and grabbed it and went n a ride. It didn't seem like they wanted to steal it but I'd rather deal with a tantrum when I tell my son not to grab stuff that is not his, than with the fact that he wet ahead and touched something without permission . So yes,  it did bothered me that this dad did not ask if the bike was ours and used it.

It s different if you are on a play date and you share things but he was a total stranger.

does anyone feel like me?

It depends on what toys there are. If it was my kiddos bike yes I would be upset but if it is beach toys I let anyone that wants to play with them, do so.

I'd be upset as well, but I would have spoken up "I'm sorry, but that's our bike"...

It would bother me.Atleast ASK me before you let your kid use the toy.But I've always told my daughter not to touch toys (at the park, play areas, ect) unless she has asked first.I wouldn't let her just go up and hop on someone's bike at the park.
