She pulled a fetus out of a vending machine...WTF? EDIT PIC

So my 4 year old DD convinced my aunt to give her quarters this evening when we all met at Pizza Hut. With those quarters she raided the vending machine type things that have toys in them. She comes back with a "mysterious wonder egg" and we open it up and it has inside it, a pink, rubber, fetus, complete with umbilical chord and all. If my mother hadn't thrown it away, I would have taken a picture and put it on here. I'm absolutely disgusted.It reminded me of those rubber toys kids used to get...the sticky hands I think they were called...and apparently my DD thought the same thing because she was taking the "umbilical cord" and using it for a launcher. Totally inappropriate in my opinion.

Do you think these kinds of things are appropriate for those types of vending machines? Especially where there was no warning as to what it was?

I would of been mortified. And not gone back to that restaurant. I would of complained to the toy company for putting those in there.
