With all of the talk of tax returns, I'm curious, how much did you get back and what will you be doing with it?
We're getting back a decent amount, and the majority will be going right into savings.
You do not have to comment on the amount if you so wish! I did before and edited the post, not realizing how rude it was of me. My apologies. <3

$2900 My kids and I are relocating to South Carolina in June to be with my husband who has been there for 2 years.
we didnt get anything back...we owed the IRS 3000 due to an over payment they made to us two years ago and didnt bother to tell us until six months go..so we just let them have our tax return..its been paid off and then the remainder 1000 my student loans look even though i am paying monthly on them...not like that knocked it down a whole bunch i still owe 15k and i have no degree.
I wasn't trying to be rude or mean. I know a lot of people were excited about getting theirs back so they could do things like go on vacation, get a new tattoo or something cool like that. If you don't want to answer you're welcome to not be rude and leave the post without saying anything. :)

I finally got my federal refund today and my state is due to come in Wednesday. I won't say how much, but the majority is going into savings.
