To set the record straight....Gravy..aka Spaghetti Sauce

You cannot make gravy, or "spaghetti sauce" in 20 minutes. That is just pureed tomatoes.
Gravy needs to cool ALL DAY. All day. Like...start the gravy as soon as you wake up, and it cooks down all day until dinner is done.
This is gravy & meatballs. Mmm. now I'm hungry.
Ignore my moms old stove/cookware.


MMMM ready to fo into the gravy...and that's another thing..you can't just fry the meatballs and then pour gravy on top of them. You need to let them cook in the gravy for a little while too.

Fry meatballs in oil? GROSS. All the Italians I know brown them in the oven or in a fry pan then add to the gravy to finish cooking.
I don't fry my meat balls, I just put them straight in the sauce and let them simmer with the sauce until they're done.
