Does this make me a racist?

If I find a joke about a racial stereotype funny, does that make me a racist? For example, I laughed at this:

Does that make me a racist? If so, why? It's just a joke. It's not like I am discriminating against people for their race or commiting hate crimes to people of a certain race. I just find it funny. Simple as that.

If this makes me racist, then does laughing at a blonde joke mean I am discriminating against blondes? What about fat jokes? Dumb people jokes? Ugly people jokes? Red head jokes?

Personally, I think some of the funniest jokes are the inappropriate ones (with the exception of dead baby jokes, they'll always be wrong). It doesn't make you racist, or a monster, just someone with a sense of humor.

Racial jokes are often the funniest, usually because they have some truth to them. The joke you have specifically is more a dig at Arizona than the race or ethnicity, so I wouldn't worry too much about laughing at something that is meant to be funny.
