I am posting this in hopes that you all be aware of this man. He was my husband for 16 years. He was mentally and emotionally abusive and drank alcohol like it was water. 30 beers a night ever night. Didnt have a real job. Nearly a year after I divorced this train-wreck of a man I found out from my DD that he had molested her from the ages of 5 until 12. He even showed her child porn to show it was ok for him to be doing this. I called 9-1-1 and started the investigation against him. He was going to school to become a Medical Assistant and I told the Detective that my Ex was going to graduate from school and he would be hired in a medical setting. He would have access to kids. He was arrested in April 2010. We went through the whole process of court hearing. It came down to it that he took a plea deal a year later. He got 5 years in prison cause I agreed to it. Now you may say that is not enough time. Where I agree with that, I didnt want to put my child on the witness stand. So he will be on lifetime probation, Lifetime register as a sex offender and pay hefty fines. He is not allowed to be near anyone under the age of 18. So PLEASE after reading this bump the post so it stays up near the top of the group. I dont want anyone to be with him without knowing what he is guilty of. He is the Az State Prison and will be released Aug 5th, 2014.
