I am taking 5 classes and I have 3 kids. The further into the semester I'm going the more exhausted I'm becoming. There has to be something I can do,

This is what I was going to suggest. Plenty of water too. And avoid caffeine. Not sure how to explain this simply...it binds to the adenosene receptors; adenosene is what makes you feel tired. So the adenosene can't bind, can't make you tired AT THAT MOMENT, but it doesn't just go away. It builds up while waiting for receptors to become available. Then your body has to take the time to process it...so the more caffeine you consume, the more tired you'll be in the long run.

Get your vitamin D levels checked at the doctor. I did and she reccomended I take 6,000 IUs a day and I think it's helping.
