Does anyone know if these are good scores for the Kaufman assessment battery for children?

Sequential processing 80

Simultaneous processing 78

Learning 97

Knowledge 96

Fluid crystallized index 84 (this is all the scores averaged)

According to the lady I talked to it is below average, since the average is 100, the paper I am looking at says 14th percentile, so isn't that really low?

My son has been having problems learning in school, so I requested to have him evaluated in hopes that he would qualify for a slower paced smaller class.

He doesn't qualify, because of the two high scores, wtf?

He according to the tests can't count past 10 without struggling, has a really hard to time with his teens. Knows 5 sight words when they want him to know 20 right now, and knows his letter sounds and alphabet except he skipped 'n'.

I work with him every night, doing journals with him is like trying to find a a piece of hay in a stack of needles, he skips one letter in his name, and he won't count past 5 for me. How the hell am I supposed to help him when he refuses to do anything I try to get him to do? I've tried making it fun, rewards (money, candy, etc), taking things away, etc and nothing has worked thus far.

I am so tired of this damn school, the teacher at the beginning of the year requested that I pull him out.
