My 10 year old got his Meds.. And forgot to put the too back on!

I stick my finger down his throat, so he'd puke it up!

Called poison control & pediatrician. Both said to push liquids and that he would be hyper but that there was no need to go to the hospital!

:-) Why post? Maybe just maybe some other momma like me will see this.. Realize she's not being cautious enough and do somethings to fix the situation before there is a problem ;-)

From now on I would be the one to dispense any and all meds to your 10 year old. They should not be anywhere near the reach of a toddler.

We keep our meds up so high that I even need a chair to get them. Just a thought. I'm sorry that happened though, how scary :(

First off my 11 year old is on meds. I don't just let him do it! I stand there and make sure the tops are put back on. This is not your son's fault it's yours!
