Hernia?

I noticed today that my one year old has a small marble sized lump under his skin where his leg meets his hip/groin area. He doesn't act like it bothers him at all. He squirms so much during diaper changes and baths that I can't be sure how long it has been there. Everything I read online says hernia. Is this something I need to rush him to the er for or can it wait until Monday when his docs office is open? They are closed tomorrow.

The area you are mentioning doesn't sound like a hernia to me.

I say to me , because my youngest was born with an inguinal hernia. So I researched all kinds of hernia . Since you say it doesn't seem to bother him I would rush off to the ER.

Call the Dr tomorrow. Make an Appt.
