He's only 6. I think that is amazing and he loves to learn more. I know I could never memorize that many at his age. Any one of them we can tell him to recite and he does every time. Smart boy!

It is amazing what young brains can do! He is at the perfect age for memorization. Good mama for encouraging him!

That's great but does he also know them in context and the stories they are telling him? I could recite verses all day but it doesn't mean I could also tell the moral behind it.

Not trying to be rude, just pointing out that memorization is not always equal to learning the true meaning.

Yes, we have lessons about them every time we teach him a new one :)

 Congratulations!!! I remember memorizing Palsm 23 when I was young! It is very rewarding. Tell him I think he ROCKS!!!!!

Do you pick & chose your own verses or are using some sort of curriculum? Just curious. I was using Raising Rockstars by 1+1+1=1 blog but my son's done all of 'em already
