I am curious as to how many of you would be willing to wear (or do wear) a wedding/engagement ring where the center stone is NOT a diamond.

If you do wear a non-diamond engagement ring, where did you or your SO buy it?

yes, he got it from a kiosk store at the mall, wedding set for $150, and I told him that's what I wanted! shit, I would have been happy with a cheaper one I saw at walmart.

I wear a pretty sapphire ring, we got it at Weisfield.  I love that it's different and I don't have to worry where the stone came from.
