We went shopping there yesterday and the geniuses that they are, they put displays of toys...right next to the kids clothes!
So if you try to walk out of the clothes section into the aisle, you first must walk past a display of toys.
They got me for a 10 dollar Spongebob football yesterday.

It's called marketing, every store does it and with a place like Kohls that doesn't carry much in the way of toys, with the kids clothes is the logical place.
Now that doesn't bug me but my kids don't beg for toys either. I see it and say "No" and they don't ask again.
