I need migraine help. I have a really bad one that won't go away. I feel like my head will just pop. Can't go to the hospital, don't have insurance. Anyone know anything that will help?

Grab a monster or red bull. Chug it. Try chocolate too. Stay away from meats as the chemicals can aggravate it.

Yes I'm sure :) and I'm on my phone. Computer screens kill me when I have one. Oh I should probably tell people I have ulcers

Lay in a dark, quiet room with a cold rag or ice pack on your head.
