**For the woman who says I need to do more. Ive paid off my student loan. So I am no longer In debt. I cut my cell bill back. We dont have a land line.... we budget and we rarelly go out. We both decided it was time to cut cable. The saving $30 a month is just the icing on the cake.

We ditched cable and use an antenna, Hulu, and Netflix.  We haven't missed it.

We have never had cable or satellite our entire marriage. We find no use in it. If we want to watch something then we watch free hulu or free netflix programming or free internet television.

I can watch a lot of the shows I watch online. So I dont know why we didnt do this sooner. So now our bill will be 44+ tax

Honestly, if $30 is making or breaking your finances, you need to do a lot more than cut out cable. My cable bll is $165 a month. $30 wouldn't be enough of a savings to me to cut out cable. I spend more than $30 every 4 weeks with getting my hair cut.

I have netflicks. Other than the occasional special I dont miss it. Im not going to spend 75 a month to directv just for the crap broadcast these days.
