I am an exhausted mommy of a 7,4, and 1 year old. I feel completely run down, ragged and not a stitch of energy left by dinner hour! How do you keep going? Suppliments? A certain food? Exercise? I am tired to the point of tears and I feel bad when I turn activities as a family down bc I want to sleep! Please share!

Lmao! I have 7 kids including A 2 yr. Old and 5 mo. Old twins. My blood type is Maxwell House and dear god I hope someone can answer your post OP!!!

i also try to take a 20 minute nap every afternoon when the kids are napping, but it doesn't always happen.

exercise does work too, but i can't seem to find the time to actually make that happen.  the only time i could do it is early morning but i can't force myself out of bed until i absolutely have to get up.

I'm with ya. I have a 12, 11, 4, 3, and a 15 month old.

What I find helpful is "resting" (I know, what is that) when the 15 month old is napping. Me and the two little ones will go lay down in my bed and watch a cartoon. It really helps me. I also can not be on my left leg for that long so I have to sit down often.

Vitamin B 12 helps with energy, a lot. You can try that.

Dunkin Dohnuts large iced coffee with two shots of espresso cream and splenda that's my afternoon pick me up keeps me going till 11pm.
