If a wife adds an exboyfriend from high school on Facebook, and talks to him and says "its fun" to talk to him, and her husband doesn't like it (that she talks to him), so he asks her to please unfriend him and she doesn't, if that a sign that the wife is no longer in love with her husband?

No, it's a sign that a wife no longer respects her husband.

I would not say no longer in love, but it makes me think that she may have feelings for her ex in some way and puts that above the feelings of her husband.

No, it means that she won't give in to his irrational fears.

i guess it could be but I would need to know more about the relationship between her and her husband. Or it could just mean she doesnt want to be controlled either.

Not necessarily, but she's being disrespectful to her husband and they may need to reevaluate their relationship
