Can someone, anyone help?

I have dentist Tomorrow. They are quite aware of me having PTSD, psychosis bipolar m, I also have ptsd. Since I know Tommorow is going to be a vey high stressful day, I am having hallucinations! I been screaming in my sleeping and every time my husband goes to move I jump out of bed: but I am very little awake when hos happens..any advice

Try to breathe and maybe some warm milk will help you rest. I hope you can. Hugs!

Take a bath and if you have lavender baby soap use it to make a bubble bath. Just try to relax as much as possible.

Do you have a doc you see for these things? Perhaps he can give you something.

I am already on them..just thursday being stressful it makes it worse

When I go somewhere stressful like the dentist, my doc will perscribe meds just for that day/situation. That's what I meant.

I will have to ask about that. My dh can't even be in the same bed cause he moves or touches me, I will be screaming and scared

It's definitely time for emergency meds. Does your doc have an emergency line where you can reach him, like now?

Not unless go the ER and be admitted
