Soooo can I get EIC on my taxes if I am on disability?

No it is only on earned income.

That is whatI thought. My friend insisted I will cus I am permanently disabled. She said because it replaced my income I can not earn, I will get it.

I thought you had to work full time. I worked very part time. Like $50 a month.

Well it all depends on how much u work as to how much u get. I made 2700 working last year and got 938 dollars from eic . The previous year I made about 7000 working and got 2400 from eic , so it depends .
And It was claiming 1 child
