Mom Confessions Mom Confessions

I would give up a child with special needs for adoption.....I know, I'm evil, but that's my confession.

I don't have the patience to raise a child like that. If my son or daughter had been born with a deformity, or mental disease (that was detectable at that young age) I would have given them up. No questions asked.

I would have an abortion for downs syndrome. I get you. Some people just cannot handle it.

I 100% would give them up for adoption as well. I do not have the financial means to give them the life they deserve, nevermind the patience or time they deserve.

Whatever. Would still get an abortion for that.

There are always risks, as a mother you are supposed to love your kids no matter what. Don't want a special needs baby, don't risk it.

It's not selfish.  She's admitting she can't handle it.  I know one or two moms who should've given their kids up for adoption, the kids would have been better off.

I hope these ladies eat you alive... SELFISH.

When mother nature brought the challenges in my childrens life, I punched the bitch in the mouth because im tough like that!
I stay strong every day for my special needs children. There is no challenge I wouldnt go through for my kids. I will go out swinging. Life has no chance up against me! Because of that, my kids will grow up strong.

I probably would too. I can honestly say I am not cut out to deal with a special needs child. It sounds bad, but hey at least I recognize my own weaknesses and limitations.

A special needs child would teach you the patience you so deserve to learn.
