I personally believe so long as a women is a good mother and takes care of her kids and her own life in a healthy way she should have more rights than a father period.

I agree. Now thats not to say a man shouldn't be in his child's life but we should definitely have more of a say than they do especially if we are not married.

I don't know about that.  I think they should have equal rights but equal rights means equal rights. Dad does not get more access either.

 i feel like children need more time with their mothers and i believe mothers love their kids more than fathers

Nope I'm very much for fathers rights. Kids need both their parents equally. Dads will never be moms or have mothers intuition but moms will never be dads either.

I disagree. I think the rights are equal. That the person who spends more time and effort on the child and sacrifices more -regardless of gender- is the more important person.

While it is often women who make those choices, there are plenty of men who do as well.

I think this mentality sets women back hundreds of years. Some women are primary care givers. Some are not.
