Ok, yes i am going to ask my lawyer but i wanted to ask you all first to see if anyone had been in a similar situation and might know.. I recently wemt through a terrible divorce. I had three kids with this man, it took a year for it to ne over with. While i wad going through it, i met someone and we started a relationship. He is in the army, but is acaping in june, i am pregnant by him and he also has a child in iowa where he is from. The father of my other 3 doesnt want anythong to do with tjem and the other guy has stepped up and been there for them, he wants all of us to move back to iowa with hom when he gets out but my divorce papers say my ex can stop it unless weove for Involuntary military purposes if a husband. So my qiestion is, if we got married and he signed up for the natipnal guard base in iowa, would that work?

I'd ask your lawyer before doing anything.

They could look into whether or not he voluntarily did it...and you would be screwed.

Just talk to your ex about it before you do something rash? He might be okay with you moving.

If I thought there was even a slim chance of that I would. But he has done nothing but try to harass and cause any kind of tourment he could to me since we split, he is a raging alcoholic and he wants to do anything he can to make sure I dont have a good life
