something I haven't done. But after reading the information and seeing some of the postings on here about it, I have decided to turn my 13 month old's seat back to rear facing. But I still don't think bad of any parents who don't. I think bad of parents who neglect and abuse their children.

I'm glad you decided to switch your child back :)

My son is 2.5 and still RF.

They aren't "bad" parents but they aren't doing what is best for their kids, they are doing what is most convenient for them.

Good for you! I think the saying "when you know better, you do better" fits right here. I didn't know about it with my first but after that, I had read all the statistics and all other kids have erf.

I turned my kids around at a year. Kids haven't changed over the years. What is the big deal?

Nothing is 100% but for the majority of the cases I think it is.
