Where could i vet hijab? What about mosest nice looking pants? Dresses? Shirts?

I keep seeing abaya in outer wear sections. I thought they were an islamic dress? Please tell me what is considered proper clothing.

Not a muslim but always wanted to ask...I always see Muslim parents at the zoo,grocery store etc the parents usally have the head scarf on but the little girls never do?? Why is that???
