No money for grants. I hired a professional and even they said no openings for grants but that was early 2012

Why not just make your own website using simple templates and update it in time? Godaddy and 1&1 are both cheap and can have your site up and running in 10 min for like $10.

Go to your local small business administration and ask for help.

Check out small business guides for women at the library. They generally have great resources, including where/how to get grants.

First you do not need a wesite developer, you need to develop a website. There are programs out there (some free) that allow you to do a pretty straightforward website. Get the webname secure and then oyu will have something to present.  Or even go live by yourself. There are free tools out there to accept funds via the web, track hits and many other things. You need to to the leg (or rather finger) work and search the web for these sites and programs and put your idea into reality.  I have built webpages and sites before, not to difficult with the help of programs.

It all depends on the specifics of what kind of business you want to start and what your background is, dh has had a lot of success working with agencies that link up disabled vets with grants and resources.
