Not looking forward to it. Not really prepared for it either.
Questions:
*can I still drink coffee?
*I'm going to grocery shop tonight...any tips,meal ideas, low cal snacks, drinks?

Stack up on fruits nor chunk food drink lot of water. Eat something small before u shop. Many small meals through out the day. Lean meats only oh stack up on veggies too( rabbit food)

Coffee is 0 points for weight watchers. Which is good. Just be careful what you put in it

Make it a lifestyle change, not just a diet.  Then it won't be so hard.

There is a calorie counter app called my fitness pal that has really helped me. I started a 1200 calorie diet 10 days ago.

 I use this app too.  I've lost 21 pounds so far.  I eat 1200 calories a day...it's hard at first but after a few days your good.  I'm also exercising at least 30-40 minutes a day...Treadmill or elliptical, lifting weights 8-10lbs, push ups, crunches, basically anything I can to tone up too.  I buy fruits and veggies and boneless skinless chicken breast.  I'm changing my eating habits so that way when I get to my goal weight and eat more than 1200 calories I won't gain all the weight back.  I'm eating healthier and so is my family...my kids love healthy food, i sometimes wonder where they came from lol.  Good Luck and remember it doesn't happen over night, it takes time.
