I can eat pretty where I want. I know what to look for and will interrogate the waitress like a CSI agent.

I'm not gf but my son is. There are a few restaurants around me that have gf menus. I don't think they are national but a couple of the names are Scotty's brewhouse and Incredible Pizza company.

Eh, soy is a a little iffy because some soy beans are rotated crops with wheat and there can be cross contamination.  You can ask if the soy sauce is gluten free.

Soy sauce generally has wheat directly in it.

No, I mean like other soy products. Asian food has a lot. I get the gluten free. No wheat.

By the way, I don't have celiac disease. I am gluten  free to rid myself of headaches and it helps with weight loss.

Olive Garden, PF Changs, Pizza Luce.  I check on-line menus for gluten-free sections.
