Where do you eat out?
I can eat pretty where I want. I know what to look for and will interrogate the waitress like a CSI agent.

Eh, soy is a a little iffy because some soy beans are rotated crops with wheat and there can be cross contamination. You can ask if the soy sauce is gluten free.

No, I mean like other soy products. Asian food has a lot. I get the gluten free. No wheat.
By the way, I don't have celiac disease. I am gluten free to rid myself of headaches and it helps with weight loss.
