How long after you had your baby did you start working out ?

8 weeks.

I waited this last time until my Dr have me the okay from having a c section. With my first I think it was 2 Weeks.

10 days. But very light, about a mile, just around the neighborhood. I was back to my regular intensity work outs around 4 weeks.

 I had a c-section and the incision opened and took a while to heal so I had to wait a few months.

I startted my daily walks when he was a week old and I'm starting to workout now and hes 9 mos

Healthy eating when pregnant. That helped me to burn fat and get in better shape for baby.

I built up gradually. Yoga after a day. By ten days I was walking a mile. By six weeks I was back to weight lifting and some lower intensity cardio like Zumba.
