Oh Dear God do I feel dumb and relieved at the same time

So... I was having some financial problems and took out a loan that I shouldn't have. It messed up my checking account when it took out what it was supposed to, plus a bunch of other money. I was waiting for a check from some work that I had done to show up.

So my account was severely overdrawn and I had no money to pay it back. I ignored it for months because there wasn't anything that I could do about it. The money that I was waiting on never showed up...or so I thought.

Apparently it was deposited into my account way back in January. I never knew. The money more than paid off the overdraft, plus enough for bills and other stuff for an entire month. I honestly thought the guy had taken off and run with my money because I never heard from him again.

So relieved. So happy. Feel so Dumb.

It's been sitting in there for months and I never knew. We were so broke for all of that time.

I did before it went into overdraft. Once it went so low it was painful to look at. I cringed every time I even saw Bank of America commercials. The statements went into my filebox unopened. It wasn't until I saw on Credit Karma that it was positive that I decided to look at it to see what was going on.
