I replaced my laptop screen myself!!

I'm rather proud. I was intimidated by the thought of opening up my laptop but too damn cheap to pay someone to do it or buy a new one. So I paid $60 for the screen (shipped) and popped it in myself. Woo hoo me!!

Just tooting my horn. Carry on.

Mac or PC?  I had a friend do her own make when her daughter decided to close it shile her glasses were on the keyboard.  I think she said it was 147 steps just to take the old cracked one out.  Good for you!

Nice! There's nothing quite like doing something yourself that companies usually charge huge heaps of shit for.

Did your screen break, and where did you get one for 60 bucks?

No but there were videos on the website I bought the screen from. It was surprisingly simple.

Nice. The guys at school will often use YouTube and such to learn how to do repairs for class and what not. Hubby repaired the dryer looking up how to on youtube... Nifty shit.

I'm not the cat lady type. I'm more like an actual cat. I want affection when I want it and on my own terms. The rest of the time I want to claw out your eyes and piss in your shoes.

It's wrong to be a bully with one exception. It's ok to bully those you THINK are a bully.
