This is a close up of my cheek. I've developed some kind of rash and it itches. What can it be?

Its also on the back of my hands. Any ideas?

Looks like an allergic reaction of some kind. Are you using any new lotions, soaps, cleaning products, or eaten any new foods?

Looks like dry skin. Does it burn when it gets wet?

Take Benadryl and use anti-itch cream and see what happens.

I can't see it that well, but if it is dry and flaky I'd say eczema. My dh gets red flaky itchy patches on his face. Have u used any new products recently? Maybe a reaction?

an allergic reaction to something. take some benadryl or antihistamines and see if it helps. if it doesn't, go to the doctor tomorrow to see what they say.

I used benadryl cream and it soothes it for a couple hours.
