I was just wondering if I were to do 250 squats will I see results?

I am a fitness advisor and I teach strength training/aerobic classes. I drill squats during every class. They are a must. They tone the thighs. Lifts a tones hips and butt. Do many every other day!

If you were to do 250 squats, then never do squats after, would you see results? Doubtful...If you consistently do squats at least 3 days a week? Absolutely. I am assuming you are talking about lifing your butt? They also work out your kegel muscles.

Lunges, squats, donkey kicks, kick backs, bridge, hip extensions, diamond squats, and single leg squats are good butt workouts

How many would good to do while pregnant? My legs are looking icky

Done regularly, they work amazingly! The rest on this list too.

I don't think you should try to do 250 squats if you aren't already fit or if you plan on walking the next day lol.
