Bunk Beds?

Is 4 to young for bunk beds? We are thinking of getting our boys a set of bunk beds for their birthday this year, they will be 4. Their room is kind of small, so I'd like to open it up to Give them more room to play. What do you think?

They should be fine! Most bunk beds have a rail on the top bunk so that it's hard to roll off! I say do it, but then you have the forgetting over who gets top bunk lol

I would not do it, but you know your kids better then we can pretend to, can you feel safe at night it the one on top has to use the bathroom and needs to climb down the ladder in the dark?

My dd was 4 when she got a loft bed. It isn't as high as a regular bunk but still off the ground. I think its fine as long as you set rules.

Get them the kind with the stairs.

 My girls have bunk beds.  DD7 sleeps on the bottom because that is the full sized bed.  DD4 sleeps on the top.  She does just fine.  I say go for it!

DS and DD had bunk beds when they were 2 and 3 years old. your boys should be fine

Didn't work for our girls... but the 4 yo at the time is a sensory seeker.  We got beds that "T"ed and she had the bottom, but would climb to the top to jump off down to her bed.  We had to pull them apart.
