 I BOUGHT A MEAT BUDDLE AT A REALLY GOOD MEAT STORE, IN MY NEIGBORHOOD, NO FAT, ANYHOW TO MY SURPRISE, WAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX,I SEEN 4 FILET MIGION,SORRY BOUT THE SPELLING.............WHATS THE BEST WAY TO COOK THEM SO IT'S MEDIUM RARE IN THE MIDDLE? THX

You can wrap them in bacon and either put the them on the grill or in the oven.

U want to add some color before stickin in the oven so throw it on a skillet for about a minute each side an stick under low broiler for about 5 min... that should do the trick becareful not to leave it there too long or it will over cook and not be soft
