Anyone who has a Maine coon, I have a question

The kitten we have looks like she's got some Maine coon in her, she was adopted from the SPCA so we aren't sure what all she has but I think she's def part maine coon.

She is really whiny, is that normal? She can meow like a normal cat but prefers to whine.

Yup that's normal for a Maine coon. I used to have one. He was the best cat ever. I miss him every day.

We have a Maine Coon. We adopted her when she was about eight months, so we didn't go through a young kitten stage. She is still very vocal though!

This one, evie, has an attitude. She has this weird growl if you're holding her and she wants down. She's just something else.

some cats are just whiners. lol.  it may be that she just needs time to adjust...or.. she could just be a whiner.  lol.  My mil has a long hard black cat that whines.. not meows.. whines like she is in heat, but she is spayed.. its a bit annoying.
