Eat six small meals a day.
No junk
Try eating whole non processed foods and try and stay away from wheat.
Instead of pasta grate zucchini and cook it to use as spaghetti noodles etc.

You need to eat 2100 calories a day while bf. You allready lost a lot. Patience is the key. If you eat healthy calories and exercise a few days a week you will keep losing. It is unhealthy to lose too quickly, cut calories, or exercise excessively while ebf. Good luck.

Keep stuff like raw almonds and granola bars around for when you're breastfeeding. Those with a bottle of water helped keep me from eating every carb I could find when my son was a newborn.

Fruits, veggies, lean meat, whole grains, and lots of water. Don't drink your calories; black coffee or with skim milk, cut out soda, go easy on the juice.

Cardio! It's great for initial fat loss.

Set SMALL goals, weekly or even monthly. Constantly looking at the big picture can get discouraging. You will have set backs and plateaus, everyone does, don't let them get you down, just work that much harder.

Good luck! You got this!
