Would you move into an "upscale" trailer park

Or modular home park?  Or whatever they are now called?

i am looking for a place I can afford.  This place a "modular home" community that provides "upscale" living. They seem well cared for.  I just don't know that I can bring myself to live in a mobile home.

It depends the lot. I've seen some manufactured homes that are nicer than some of the places I've lived, by a long shot. How much land do they give you? How close are the mobile homes together?

Some manufactured homes are 3000 square feet with luxury amenities. Like  jacuzzi tubs, marble counter tops, etc. but most of these I've seen on private land, not in a community, but I'm sure they exist. I guess they could have a mobile home "neighborhood" and not a "park" where they are all jammed together.

If I lived in something less sure. I would be taking a huge step down if I did from what I'm living in though.

There is nothing upscale about a trailer park. Besides, it makes you tornado bait.

Not in a community. I would live in a nice double wide on my own land though.
