I am just never satisfied.

It's so annoying. I'm never ever satisfied. I'm way, way more critical on myself than anyone but it gets so annoying. I'm really actually pretty easy going when it comes to others, but expect myself to be superwoman. Example: I'm a size 0-2 but my body isn't toned enough, I have masters but not a doctorate, I have a good job and make good money but it's still never, ever enough. It's really, really frustrating :(

I actually don't whine about it at all. That's why I posted here. I just wanted to get it off my chest. I tend to work myself to the bone and don't know how to take it easy. It's really quite frustrating. I am aware that's it's totally ridiculous, I just can't control myself. I have a lot if anxiety.

I used to and I probably should again. My dad died pretty suddenly and tragically when I was 16, which was why I started therapy. I think my insecurities stemmed from that. It was so unexpected so now I try to be prepared for everything, which I know is not possible.
Quoting Anonymous:You should see a therapist about that. Not kidding, it would really help you I think.
